HealthCare Pro Medical Center needed a modern digital solution to manage patient appointments, reduce no-shows, streamline administrative tasks, and enable telemedicine consultations. The platform needed to be HIPAA-compliant and accessible to both tech-savvy and elderly patients.
Creating a secure, compliant healthcare platform that handles sensitive patient data while providing seamless user experience across web and mobile. The system needed to integrate with existing hospital management systems, support video consultations, and accommodate patients with varying levels of technical proficiency.
Developed native mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native, with a companion web portal for administrators and doctors. Implemented secure video consultation using WebRTC, integrated e-prescription system with pharmacy networks, and created an intuitive appointment booking flow with smart scheduling algorithms. Added automated reminders via SMS and email, real-time availability checking, and a patient history management system.
